影响通海截止阀冲刷腐蚀的重要参数数值模拟分析 被引量:6

摘要 作为舰船的重要部件,通海截止阀在运行过程中发生损坏将严重影响舰船航行安全。文中通过ICEM CFD软件对影响阀门冲刷腐蚀的重要参数如流体速度、颗粒含量、颗粒直径以及阀门开度等进行了模拟分析,结果表明截止阀冲蚀速率与流动速度成指数增长,颗粒含量变化会导致阀门最大冲蚀位置出现变化,最大冲蚀速率将随着粒径增大变小,而冲蚀分布却随着粒径增大变得更加均匀,阀门半开时的冲蚀速率远大于全开时的冲蚀速率。研究结果将为新型通海阀进一步流道优化改进设计提供参考。 As an important part of a ship, the damage of the deep diving cutoff valve will threaten the safety of ship navigation. The parameters that have significant influence on the scouring corrosion, such as fluid velocity, grain content, grain diameter and valve lift, were analyzed by ICEM CFD simulation in this paper. The results show that the valve erosion rate and flow velocity are in exponential growth, the change of grain content has influence on the worst erosion position, the maximum erosion velocity decreases with the increasing of grain diameter, but the ero?sion distribution becomes more homogeneous with increasing of the grain diameter, and the erosion velocity when the valve is semi-closed is far larger than the velocity when the valve is fully open. The research results help opti?mize the channel of new marine valve.
