小儿腹泻护理中对临床护理路径的应用 被引量:18

摘要 目的:探讨临床护理路径在小儿腹泻护理中的应用效果。方法:2012年1月-2013年12月收治小儿腹泻患者170例,将其均分为对照组与观察组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施临床护理路径护理,对两组患者的健康教育消耗时间、平均住院时间、人均住院费用等进行对比分析。结果:两组患者的健康教育消耗时间、平均住院时间及人均住院费用具有明显的差异,观察组明显少于对照组,并且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);另一方面,观察组对于健康教育知识的认知程度以及护理满意度明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将临床护理路径应用于小儿腹泻的护理过程中,能够有效缩短患者的住院时间,降低患者的住院费用,同时能够有效提升患者的护理满意度,具有良好的临床护理效果,值得在临床应用中推广。 Objective:To investigate the effect of application of clinical nursing pathway in nursing care on children with diarrhea.Methods:170 infantile diarrhea were selected from January 2012 to December 2013.They were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group were given routine care,while the observation group implemented clinical nursing path care,then we compared the time consumption on health education,the average hospitalization time and the average hospitalization expenses between the two groups.Results:The time consumption on health education,the average hospitalization time and the average hospitalization expenses in the observation group were obviously shorter than in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);on the other hand,the cognitive degree of health education knowledge and satisfaction degree of nursing in the observation group both were better than the control group,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical nursing path applicated in nursing care on infantile diarrhea can shorten the hospitalization time,reduce the hospitalization expenses,and can effectively improve patients' satisfaction on nursing,so it has good effect on clinical nursing,and worthy of promotion in clinical.
