摘要 目的:探讨低场磁共振对早期脑出血的诊断价值。方法:收治早期脑出血患者38例,进行低场磁共振扫描和CT扫描,分析早期脑出血的MRI特征。结果:CT对脑出血的超急性期、急性期和亚急性期诊断的敏感性均为100%,T1WI对脑出血的超急性期、急性期和亚急性期诊断的敏感性分别为88.9%、85.7%和93.3%,T2WI上述指标分别为88.9%、78.6%和86.7%,CT与T1WI、T2WI对脑出血诊断的敏感度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:低场磁共振对早期脑出血的诊断准确率较高,可作为脑出血诊断的首选措施之一。 Objective:To investigate the value of low field nuclear magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of early cerebralhemorrhage.Methods: 38 cases with early cerebral hemorrhage were selected,and low field nuclear magnetic resonance scanningand CT scanning were carried out.We analyzed the characteristics of MRI in the early stage of cerebral hemorrhage.Results:Thesensitivity of CT in the diagnosis of super acute phase,acute phase and subacute phase of cerebral hemorrhage was 100%respectively.The sensitivity of T1WI in the diagnosis of super acute phase,acute phase and subacute phase of cerebral hemorrhagewas 88.9%,85.7% and 93.3% respectively,while the above indexes of T2WI was 88.9%,78.6% and 86.7% respectively.There wasno significant difference in the sensitivity of CT,T2WI and T1WI to the diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhage(P>0.05).Conclusion:The accuracy rate of low field nuclear magnetic resonance imaging in the early diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhage rate is higher,which can be used as one of the first choice for the diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhage.
