摘要
目的:探析老年急性阑尾炎的临床特点和治疗方法。方法:收治老年急性阑尾炎患者24例,对其临床治疗资料进行回顾性分析。结果:24例患者中,坏疽性阑尾炎10例,单纯性阑尾炎5例,阑尾周围脓肿3例,化脓性阑尾炎6例,给予保守治疗8例,手术治疗16例,所有患者均顺利完成治疗,无1例出现严重并发症。结论:老年急性阑尾炎在临床上缺乏典型性特征,具有并发症多、病情发展迅速等特点,所以临床上一定要充分掌握该病的特点,降低漏诊和误诊率,并制定有针对性的治疗方案,从而确保治疗效果。
Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment methods of acute appendicitis in elderly patients.Methods:24 elderly patients with acute appendicitis were selected,we analyzed the clinical data retrospectively.Results:In 24patients,10 cases with gangrenous appendicitis,5 cases with simple appendicitis,3 cases with appendiceal abscess,6 cases withsuppurative appendicitis.8 cases were treated with conservative treatment,16 cases were treated with operation,all patients hadsuccessfully completed the treatment,none case had severe complications.Conclusion:Elderly patients with acute appendicitis arelack of typical characteristics in the clinic,with many complications,rapid development and other conditions,so we must fully graspthe clinical characteristics and characteristics of the disease,reduce the rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis,and to developtargeted treatment programs,to ensure the treatment effect.
