摘要
目的:分析中西医结合治疗重症呼吸衰竭的临床效果。方法:收治重症呼吸衰竭患者60例,将其分为两组。观察组给予中西医联合治疗,对照组给予常规西医治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组肺功能、气血分析、血常规均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗重症呼吸衰竭的临床效果比单用西医的治疗效果更好。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment ofsevere respiratory failure.Methods:60 cases of patients with severe respiratory failure were divided into two groups.Theobservation group was treated with combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine,the control group was treated withroutine western medicine,the clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of the observation groupwas significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The pulmonary function,blood gas analysis and blood routine ofthe observation group were better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of combination oftraditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of severe respiratory failure was better than that of single westernmedicine.
