摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合心竭宁方治疗冠心病慢性心衰的疗效。方法:收治冠心病慢性心衰患者105例,随机分为观察组(n=53)和对照组(n=52),对照组采用西药常规抗心衰治疗,观察组在此基础上联合中药心竭宁方治疗。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组中医证候积分、左心室射血分数、左室内径、BNP、6MWT较治疗前均有不同程度的改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),其中中医证候积分、BNP、6MWT三项组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合心竭宁方治疗冠心病慢性心衰患者,疗效显著。
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of treating coronary heart disease with chronic heart failure with the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.Methods:105 patients with chronic heart failure in patients with coronary heart disease were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group(n=53) and the control group(n=52).The control group was treated with western medicine conventional anti heart failure treatment,and the observation group was treated with the combination of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.Results:After the treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);two groups of TCM symptom score and left ventricular ejection ejection fraction,left ventricular diameter,BNP,6MWT treatment have different degrees of improvement(P<0.05 or P<0.01),which difference about the TCM syndrome integral,BNP,6MWT among three group were significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion:The curative effect of the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure in patients with coronary heart disease is remarkable.
