摘要
目的:探讨引起会阴侧切切口感染的相关因素及护理预防措施。方法:将56例会阴侧切切口感染产妇作为观察组,同期无切口感染产妇56例作为对照组,分析会阴侧切切口感染的危险因素,探讨有效的护理预防措施。结果:两组在体重指数、手术季节、居住条件、并发疾病、阴道检查次数、生殖道感染、胎膜早破、备皮至会阴侧切术时间、住院时间等方面,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:引发会阴侧切切口感染的危险因素较多,医护人员在围术期要密切观察患者的临床症状,及时给予有效的预防护理措施,减少切口感染的发生。
Objective:To explore the related factors and nursing prevention measure of incision infection of lateral episiotomy.Methods:56 puerperas with incision infection of lateral episiotomy were as the observation group.The 56 puerperas withoutincision infection were as the control group at the same period.The risk factors of incision infection of lateral episiotomy wereanalyzed.The effective nursing prevention measures were explored.Results:In the body mass index, surgical season,livingconditions,concurrent disease,vaginal examination time,reproductive tract infection,premature rupture of membranes,skinpreparation to lateral episiotomy operation time,hospitalization time,the differences between groups were statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are many risk factors that cause the incision infection of lateral episiotomy.The medicalstaff should observe the clinical symptoms of the patients during the perioperative period,and provide effective preventivemeasures to reduce the occurrence of incision infection.
