摘要
我国农村正经历着由乡土社会向后乡土社会转型的过程,农村社会呈现出高度流动性、半熟人社会和现代气息浓厚的特点。在此过程中,孝道作为乡土社会中的一个核心认同体系正发生着急剧的变化,主要由家庭内部私人关怀演变为多元主体的网络支持体系,由持续性供养转变为"碎片化"的临时照料,道德性的价值规范和公共性的法律制度相结合等。这都在不同程度上瓦解了传统孝道的内在基础和外在表现,从而引起了对当前孝道的缺失抑或转化的激烈讨论。不论是孝文化实质上的缺失导致孝道的沦丧,还是表现形式上的转化以适应时代的变化,都应该正视后乡土社会中传统孝文化认同的日渐式微,更重要的是要用新的时代精神重塑农村孝文化认同体系。
Rural China is experiencing the process of transformation from the earthbound society to the post-earthboundsociety,which features high mobility,semi-acquaintance community,and strong modernistic atmosphere. In the pro-cess,filial piety,a core identity system in the earthbound society,is changing swiftly,a change from mainly privateand personal care within a family to a plural-subject supportive network system,from constant and steady livelihood pro-vision to'fragmented'temporary cares,and from purely moral value standards to a combination of the value with thepublic legal system. This change has to an extent sabotaged traditional filial piety's both inner foundation and external ex-pressions and has caused a heated debate over whether filial piety is absent or is being transformed. Whether filial cultureis substantially absent and filial piety falls into decay or outwardly it is changing with the times,this paper thinks that itis a fact that the traditional filial culture is declining in the post-earthbound society and that more importantly the struc-ture of rural filial culture identity system needs to be reshaped using the spirit of the new times.
