糖尿病酮症酸中毒88例分析

摘要 目的:探讨糖尿病酮症酸中毒的诊治。方法:收治糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者88例,确诊后,首先建立两条静脉通路,一条通路给予诺和灵,以微量泵持续泵入,另一条通路大量补液,同时祛除诱因,纠正水、盐、电解质紊乱,酸碱紊乱等。结果:86例好转出院,死亡2例。结论:糖尿病酮症酸中毒是危及糖尿病患者的急性并发症之一,易被误诊、误治,及时诊断是抢救成功的关键。医务人员接诊时应详细询问病史,减少误诊、误治,提高治愈率、减低死亡率。 Objective:To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis.Methods:88 patients with diabeticketoacidosis were selected,they were established two venous pathway first after the confirmed,one pathway for continuous pump ofnovolin through micro pump,another way to carry out a large number of fluid replacement,while eliminating incentives,to correctthe water salt electrolyte disorders,acid and alkali disorders.Results:86 cases were improved and discharged,2 cases were died.Conclusion:Diabetic ketoacidosis is threatening one of the acute complications of diabetes patients,it is easy to be misdiagnosisand mistreatment,the prompt diagnosis is the key to successful rescue.Medical personnel should ask detailed history admissions,reduce misdiagnosis and improve the cure rate,reduce mortality.
