摘要
目的：观察高压氧(HBO)对CO中毒的疗效。方法：收治急性CO中毒患者100例，除常规内科治疗外均施行HBO治疗。结果：接受HBO治疗的CO中毒患者有效率100%。昏迷时间＞4h的老年人治疗次数在30次以上发生迟发型脑病的几率2%～3%。结论：HBO治疗急性CO中毒有显著疗效，并降低并发症的发生率和死亡率。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)on the treatment of patients with CO poisoning.Methods:100 patients with acute CO poisoning were selected,all patients were treated by HBO in addition to conventional medical treatment.Results:The effective rate of patients with acute CO poisoning treated by HBO was 100%.The probability of occurrence of delayed encephalopathy was 2%～3% of the eldly who were in a coma for more than 4 hours with more than 30 times treatment.Conclusion:The HBO treatment of patients with acute CO poisoning has a significant effect,and it can reduce the incidence of complications and mortality.
