摘要
目的:探讨老年人皮肤肿瘤的临床特征。方法:回顾性分析老年皮肤肿瘤患者30例的临床治疗资料。结果:老年人皮肤肿瘤病程较长,头面部是常见发病部位,病理类型多种多样,大多为良性,且诊断符合率较低。结论:老年人皮肤肿瘤病理学类型多种多样,表现特征不一,组织病理是比较有效的诊断依据。
Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics of cutaneous tumor in old people.Methods:The clinical data of 30 cases of elderly patients with cutaneous tumor were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The course of cutaneous tumor in old people was longer,the head and face were the common invasion site and the pathological types were variety,which were mostly benign and the diagnostic accuracy was lower.Conclusion:The pathological types of cutaneous tumors in old people were varied and the characteristics were different and the pathology was more effective diagnostic criteria.
