摘要
目的:了解本地区居民死亡原因及其分布特点和影响居民健康状况的主要死亡因素。方法:疾病分类按照国际统一分类方法,使用卫生部指定的死因专用软件进行计算。结果:2014年平谷区户籍标化死亡率614.41/10万;65岁及以上老龄组死亡最高。居民主要死因是慢性非传染性疾病、脑血管病、心脏病、恶性肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病。结论:脑血管病、心脏病、恶性肿瘤等慢性病是本区居民死亡率高的主要原因,也是慢病干预的工作重点。应积极对慢性病多开展知识讲座和媒介宣传,指导居民掌握健康的生活方式。
Objective:To understand the causes and distribution of the death of the residents in this area and the main factors affecting the health status of residents.Methods:Classification of diseases according to international classification method,calculation of the special software for death by using the ministry of public health.Results:The standardized mortality rate was 614.41/100,000 of Pinggu District household in 2014,the 65 years and older group had the highest mortality.The main cause of death of residents is chronic non communicable disease,cerebrovascular disease,heart disease,malignant tumor,respiratory system disease.Conclusion:Chronic diseases such as cerebrovascular disease,heart disease,cancer and other chronic diseases are the main causes of death in this region,and also the focus of the intervention of chronic diseases.We should actively carry out knowledge lectures and media campaigns for chronic diseases,and guide residents to live in a healthy way.
