摘要
目的:结合社区卫生服务中心大力发展中医药工作需求,同时遵循医院中中医重点专科诊疗及门诊病历书写规范要求,自2009年开始设计并使用了中医门诊专科病历,在临床工作中确见此病历方便,有效。
Combined with the demand of developing the work of traditional Chinese medicine in community health service center and according to the specification requirements of diagnosis and treatment of key specialized subject of Chinese medicine and medical records written at the same time,the specialty clinic medical records of traditional Chinese medicine was began to design and use since 2009.It is convenient and effective in clinical work.
