摘要
目的:探讨利多卡因复合丙泊酚用于声带息肉摘除术麻醉中的疗效及安全性。方法:收治行声带息肉摘除术患者60例,分两组。L组用含有利多卡因的丙泊酚诱导和维持,P组用丙泊酚诱导和维持,观察两组SBP、DBP、HR、SpO_2,记录推注丙泊酚时的注射痛。结果:在气管插管时及置入支撑喉镜时P组HR、SBP、DBP均高于L组(P<0.05);P组在气管插管时及置入支撑喉镜时HR、SBP、DBP均高于基础值(P<0.05)。结论:利多卡因复合丙泊酚用于声带息肉摘除术的麻醉,可降低插管反应,减少术中循环波动。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of lidocaine combined with propofol in the anesthesia of vocal cord polyp.Methods:60 patients with excision of vocal cord polyp were selected,which divided into two groups.The L group was induced and maintained with propofol with lidocaine,and the P group was induced and maintained with propofol.The injection of SBP,DBP,SpO2 and HR were observed,and the injection pain of propofol was recorded.Results:HR,SBP and DBP in P group when tracheal intubation and laryngoscope inserted were higher than those of L group(P<0.05).In group P, HR,SBP and DBP when tracheal intubation and laryngoscope inserted were higher than those of the baseline(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lidocaine combined with propofol in the anesthesia of vocal cord polyps can reduce the intubation response,and reduce the intraoperative cycle fluctuations.
