摘要
目的:分析循证护理在儿内科护理中的应用效果。方法:收治患儿96例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组48例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予循证护理,对比两组平均住院时间、儿童行为量表评分和家长满意度。结果:观察组平均住院时间和儿童行为量表评分明显低于对照组,观察组家长满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上,循证护理能缩短患儿的住院时间,临床效果较好。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of pediatric internal medicine.Methods:96 cases of children were divided into the control group and the observation group randomly,with 48 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing.Patients in the observation group were given evidence-based nursing on the basis of the routine nursing.The average hospital stays,the children's behavior scale scores and the parents' satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared.Results:The average hospital stays and children's behavior scale scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group;the parents' satisfaction degree was higher than that of the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing on the basis of routine nursing could shorten the hospital stays and had better clinical effect.
