输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术及气压弹道碎石术在输尿管结石治疗中的效果比较 被引量:8

摘要 目的:对比、观察气压弹道碎石术与输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术分别应用于输尿管结石患者治疗中的临床治疗效果。方法:收治输尿管结石患者120例,分两组,各60例,试验组实施输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术,对照组实施气压弹道碎石术,观察两组治疗效果。结果:试验组手术时间短于对照组,碎石成功率和结石排出率高于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术应用于输尿管结石患者的碎石治疗效果更佳。 Objective:To compare the clinical effect of pneumatic lithotripsy and holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscope in the treatment of ureteral calculi.Methods:120 patients with ureteral calculi were selected.They were divided into two groups,each of 60 cases.Patients in the experimental group were given the implementation of the holmium laser lithotripsy,while patients in the control group were given the implementation of pneumatic lithotripsy.Clinical therapeutic effect was observed.Results:The operation time of the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group;the success rate of lithotripsy and stone removal rate were higher than that of control group;the incidence rate of postoperative complications was lower than that of control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The application of holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculi in patients with ureteral calculi is better.
