摘要
目的:观察糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者血清胱抑素C(CysC)水平。方法:收治2型糖尿病患者170例,分3组:不伴视网膜病变(NDR)组28例、伴背景性视网膜病变(BDR)组45例和伴增殖性视网膜病变(PDR)组97例,检测各组患者的CysC指标,分析CysC与2型糖尿病视网膜病变的关系。结果:3组患者CysC水平均高于正常,且NDR组<BDR组<PDR组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高CysC水平与DR有明显的相关性,且CysC水平与DR程度呈正相关。
Objective:To observe the cystatin C(CysC)level in patients with diabetic retinopathy(DR).Methods:170 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected.They were divided into the 3 groups:the none-DR(NDR)group with 28 cases,the background-DR(BDR)group with 45 cases and the 97 cases in the proliferative-DR(PDR)group.We measured CysC parameters for each patient,and analyzed the relationship between CysC and type 2 diabetic retinopathy.Results:The level of CysC in the 3 groups was higher than normal,and the NDR group < the BDR group < the PDR group.The difference was obvious and statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:High CysC levels have a significant correlation with DR,and the level of CysC is positively correlated with the degree of DR.
