摘要
目的:探讨以人为本的护理方式在小儿内科病房中的应用。方法:收治小儿内科患者588例,随机分为两组,每组294例。对照组给予常规护理方式,观察组给予以人为本护理方式,对比两组患儿家长的护理满意度。结果:观察组家长的护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:以人为本的护理方式提高了小儿内科病房的护理质量和水平,同时也提高了家长的满意度。
Objective:To discuss the application of the people-oriented nursing in pediatric medical ward.Methods:588 cases of pediatric medicine patients were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups with 294 cases in each.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing method.Patients in the observation group were given the people-oriented nursing method.The nursing satisfaction of parents were compared between groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction of parents in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The people-oriented nursing method improves the nursing quality and level of pediatric medical ward,and improves the satisfaction of parents.
