摘要
目的:分析小儿内科开展优质护理服务的方法和效果。方法:收治内科小儿患者298例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组149例,对照组给予常规护理模式,观察组给予优质护理服务模式。比较两组家长满意度。结果:观察组家长满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小儿内科开展优质护理服务模式能够有效提升患儿家长的满意度,降低医患纠纷。
Objective:To analyze the method and effect of high quality nursing service in the pediatric department of internal medicine.Methods:298 cases of internal medicine pediatric patients were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 149 cases in each.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing mode.Patients in the observation group were given high quality nursing service mode.The parents satisfactions of two groups were compared.Results:The parents satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The high quality nursing service mode in the pediatric department of internal medicine can effectively enhance the parents satisfaction, reduce medical disputes.
