摘要
目的:对PICC置管在日常使用过程中出现的问题以及相应的护理措施进行讨论。方法:收治需要置管的患者40例,对置管患者进行心理护理,在无菌的环境下通过不同位置以及不同血管穿刺,对患者的情况进行观察。结果:使用PICC置管的患者全部成功,部分患者出现机械性静脉炎以及穿刺部位感染等情况,在处理之后都可以通过该导管实现药物导入和液体导入。结论:护理人员在进行PICC的过程中,需要保证操作环境无菌,提高责任意识,密切观察患者情况。
Objective:To discuss the problems and corresponding nursing measures in the course of daily use of PICCcatheterization.Methods:40 cases of patients who need tube insertion were selected.We took psychological care for catheterpatients,in the sterile environment through different locations and different vascular puncture.The patients'situation was observed.Results:All patients with PICC catheter were successful.Some patients suffered mechanical phlebitis and puncture site infection.After the treatment,drug delivery and liquid introduction could be achieved through the catheter.Conclusion:In the process ofPICC,nursing staff need to ensure that the operating environment is sterile,enhance the sense of responsibility and make closeobservation on patients.
