摘要
目的:探讨阿托伐他汀钙联合非诺贝特治疗糖尿病合并高血脂患者的疗效。方法:收治糖尿病合并高血脂的患者58例,平分为两组。他汀治疗组给予阿托伐他汀钙治疗,联合治疗组给予阿托伐他汀联合非诺贝特治疗,观察疗效。结果:治疗12周后,联合治疗组TG、LDL-C、TC值均低于他汀治疗组;联合治疗组TG、HDL-C、LDL-C的达标率均高于他汀治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿托伐他汀钙联合非诺贝特治疗糖尿病合并高血脂疗效显著。
Objective:To investigate the effect of atorvastatin calcium combined with fenofibrate in the treatment of patients withdiabetes complicated with hyperlipidemia.Methods:58 patients with diabetes complicated with hyperlipidemia were selected.Theywere divided into the two groups on average.The statin therapy group were treated by atorvastatin,while the combined treatmentgroup received atorvastatin calcium combined with fenofibrate treatment.We observed the curative effect.Results:After 12 weeksof treatment,the values of TG,LDL-C and TC in the combination therapy group were lower than those in the statin group;thecompliance rates of TG,HDL-C and LDL-C in the combined treatment group were higher than those in the statin group;thedifferences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of atorvastatin calcium combined with fenofibrate in thetreatment of patients with diabetes complicated with hyperlipidemia is significant.
