摘要
目的:观察应用射频消融术治疗功能失调性子宫出血的可行性。方法:收治功能失调性子宫出血患者66例,所有患者均予以射频消融术治疗,观察患者的临床治疗效果,分析其可行性。结果:66例患者治疗后,显效21例,有效40例,无效5例,总有效率92.4%。结论:应用射频消融术治疗功能失调性子宫出血治疗效果明显,并发症相对较少,利于患者月经的恢复。
Objective:To observe the feasibility of radiofrequency catheter ablation in the treatment of dysfunctional uterinebleeding.Methods:66 patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding were selected.All the patients were treated by radiofrequencyablation.The clinical treatment effect was observed,and the feasibility was analyzed.Results:After treatment,66 cases weremarkedly effective in 21 cases,effective in 40 cases,ineffective in 5 cases,and the total effective rate was 92.4%.Conclusion:Theeffect of radiofrequency catheter ablation in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding is obvious,and the complications arerelatively small,which is conducive to the recovery of menstruation.
