摘要
目的:观察清热养阴法治疗甲状腺功能亢进的临床疗效。方法:将79例甲状腺功能亢进患者随机分为治疗组38例和对照组41例,对照组口服甲巯咪唑片,治疗组加服中药汤剂,两组观察时间均1个月。结果:经治疗,治疗组总有效率89.5%,对照组总有效率70.73%;治疗组中医症状积分低于对照组,理化指标改善优于对照组;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清热养阴法联合甲巯咪唑可使甲状腺功能亢进患者临床症状和理化指标有较明显的改善。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of heat-clearing and yin-nourishing therapy in the treatment ofhyperthyroidism.Methods:79 cases of hyperthyroidism were randomly divided into the treatment group of 38 cases and 41 cases inthe control group.Patients in the control group were treated with thiamazole tablets,while patients in the treatment group addedwith Chinese medicine decoction for treatment.The two groups were observed for 1 month.Results:The total effective rate of thetreatment group was 89.5% after treatment,and the control group was 70.73%.The traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores ofthe treatment group were lower than that of the control group.The improvement of physical and chemical indexes in the treatmentgroup was better than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The method ofheat-clearing and yin-nourishing therapy combined with methimazole can obviously improve clinical symptoms andphysicochemical index in patients with hyperthyroidism.
