摘要
目的:观察社区综合康复联合补阳还五汤治疗卒中后遗症的临床效果。方法:收治卒中后遗症患者94例,分成试验组和对照组,对照组采用常规西医治疗,试验组加用社区综合康复联合补阳还五汤治疗。结果:试验组总有效率91.5%;对照组总有效率76.9%。两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区综合康复联合补阳还五汤治疗卒中后遗症具有很好的疗效。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of community comprehensive rehabilitation combined with Buyang Huanwudecoction in the treatment of stroke sequela.Methods:94 patients with stroke sequela were selected.They were divided into theexperimental group and the control group.Patients in the control group used conventional western medicine treatment,whilepatients in the experimental group were treated with comprehensive community rehabilitation combined with Buyang Huanwudecoction.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 91.5%,and the total effective rate of the control group was76.9% .The difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of communitycomprehensive rehabilitation combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction has a good effect on stroke sequela.
