摘要
目的:探讨高频彩色多普勒超声检查亚急性甲状腺炎的声像图特征。方法:对亚急性甲状腺炎患者43例的二维及彩色多普勒声像图特征、临床表现及实验室检查进行回顾性分析。结果:超声检查均可发现甲状腺内有低回声病灶,其中单侧叶病灶30例,双侧叶病灶11例,狭部病灶2例。结论:高频彩色多普勒超声对亚急性甲状腺炎具有重要的诊断价值。
Objective:To investigate the sonographic characteristics of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis ofsubacute thyroiditis.Methods:The features of testicular seminoma in 2D and color Doppler ultrasonography.Clinical manifestationsand laboratory examination were retrospectively analyzed in 43 patients with subacute thyroiditis.Results:All patients were foundto have low echo lesions in the thyroid gland by ultrasound examination.Of which,30 cases of unilateral lobe lesion,bilateral lobelesions in 11 cases,2 cases with isthmic lesions.Conclusion:High frequency color Doppler ultrasound has important value in thediagnosis of subacute thyroiditis.
