摘要
目的:探讨急性乌头碱中毒的整体护理效果。方法:收治急性乌头碱中毒患者60例,随机分成观察组和对照组各30例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采用整体护理干预。结果:观察组的护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对急性乌头碱中毒患者实施整体护理干预,能够有效提高患者对护理的满意度,效果显著。
Objective:To explore the effect of holistic nursing care on acute aconitine poisoning.Methods:60 patients sufferedfrom acute aconitine poisoning were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each.Patients in the control group received routine nursing,while in the observation group were given overall nursing intervention onthe base of routine nursing.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of thecontrol group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Implementation of holistic nursing intervention on patients with acute aconitine poisoningcan improve the patients’ satisfaction of nursing effectively,and it also had remarkable effect.
