摘要
目的:探讨牙周炎患者应用头孢克洛联合甲硝唑治疗的效果。方法:收治老牙周炎患者80例,按照编号奇偶性方法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组用头孢克洛治疗,观察组用头孢克洛联合甲硝唑治疗。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:牙周炎患者应用头孢克洛联合甲硝唑治疗的效果确切,对改善临床症状、提高临床疗效有积极作用,且安全、可靠。
Objective:To explore the effect of cefaclor combined with metronidazole in the treatment of patients with periodontitis.Methods:80 patients with chronic periodontitis were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the number parity,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with cefaclor,while in the observation group were given cefaclor combined with metronidazole.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cefaclor combined with metronidazole in the treatment of periodontitis patients has definitely effect.It has a positive role in improving clinical symptoms and clinical efficacy,and it also has drug safety and reliable.
