摘要
目的:探讨慢性胃炎中医辨证治疗的效果。方法:收治慢性胃炎患者90例,分为研究组和对照组各45例,对照组予以常规西医治疗,观察组予以中医辨证治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗显效率88.9%,总有效率97.8%;对照组显效率75.6%,总有效率86.7%;差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性胃炎患者进行中医辨证治疗的疗效确切,具有非常巨大的临床应用价值。
Objective:To explore the effect of TCM differentiation treatment for chronic gastritis.Methods:90 patients with chronicgastritis were selected.They were divided into the study group and the control group with 45 cases in each group.The control groupreceived the conventional western medicine treatment.The observation group were given the traditional Chinese medicinedifferentiation treatment.We compared the clinical effect of the two groups.Results:The effective rate(88.9% )and total effectiverate(97.8% ) were significantly higher than those of the control group wit 75.6% and 86.7% respectively,and the difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine differentiation treatment ofchronic gastritis patients is definite.It is helpful for the early recovery of patients,and it has a very large clinical application value.
