摘要
目的:探讨骨折术后并发应激性溃疡的预防及护理措施。方法:收治骨折术后并发应激性溃疡的患者56例,分两组,各28例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采用优质的干预护理,观察两组患者护理的效果。结果:经护理干预,观察组在日常活动能力评分、住院时间以及对护理的满意度方面都明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于骨折术后并发应激性溃疡的患者在常规护理的基础上实施优质的护理干预效果显著。
Objective:To discuss prevention and nursing care of patients with stress ulcer after fracture operation.Methods:56 patients with stress ulcer after fracture operation were selected.They were divided into two groups,each of 28 cases.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group was based on conventional nursing given the quality of nursing care.The effect of the two groups with nursing was observed.Results:After nursing intervention,patients in observation group were significantly better than those in control group in daily activity ability score,length of stay and satisfaction with care(P<0.05).Conclusion:The quality of nursing intervention on patients with stress ulcer after fracture surgery is based on conventional nursing,and the effect is significant.
