摘要
目的：观察、分析护理干预对烧伤植皮术后患者疼痛感和焦虑的影响。方法：收治重度烧伤需自体皮移植的患者80例，随机平分为两组，对照组采用常规护理，观察组在此基础上采用护理干预，比较两组患者的术后疼痛情况及焦虑评分。结果：观察组术后4～48h内的疼痛评分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；同时观察组术后焦虑评分明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：护理干预能减轻患者烧伤植皮术后的疼痛感，缓解患者的焦虑情绪，提高治疗效果。
Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of nursing intervention on pain and anxiety of patients after skin grafting.Methods:80 cases of severe burn patients with autologous skin grafting.They were randomly divided into two groups.The controlgroup used routine nursing,while the observation group uses nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.We comparedthe two groups of patients with postoperative pain and anxiety scores.Results:The pain score in the observation group wassignificantly lower than that in the control group within 4 to 48 hours after operation,and the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).At the same time,the anxiety score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the controlgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention can relieve relieve pain after skin grafting,alleviate the anxiety of patients,improve the therapeutic effect.
