摘要
目的:分析护理干预在胸腔镜治疗肺大疱伴自发性气胸围手术期的护理效果。方法:收治肺大疱伴自发性气胸患者68例,分为对照组和研究组。对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予个性化护理干预,观察两组护理前后SDS评分、SAS评分、生活质量、术后恢复情况及并发症情况。结果:研究组SDS、SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:围手术期个性化护理干预运用于肺大疱伴自发性气胸行胸腔镜治疗可促进患者术后快速恢复,降低并发症发生率,提高生活质量。
Objective:To analyze the nursing effects of nursing intervention in the perioperation of pulmonary bullae with spontaneous pneumothorax treated with thoracoscopy.Methods:68 cases of patients with pulmonary bullae with spontaneous pneumothorax were divided into the control group and the research group.The control group was given routine nursing,the research group was given individualized nursing intervention.The SDS scores and SAS scores before and after nursing,quality of life,postoperative recovery and complications in the two groups were observed.Results:The SDS and SAS scores of the research group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).The quality of life in the research group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the research group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative individualized nursing applied in the pulmonary bullae with spontaneous pneumothorax treated with thoracoscopy could promote the rapid recovery of patients,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life.
