摘要
目的:观察对患儿护理程度的不同是否对其留置针可保留时间及并发症有影响。方法:收治输液患儿214例,随机平分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予全面护理。比较静脉针在留置时间和并发症两方面是否有差异。结果:观察组留置针后并发症出现例数多于对照组;静脉针保留时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:对患儿静脉留置针操作中进行全面且系统的护理可以在很大程度上减少并发症并延长留置针保留时间。
Objective:To observe whether the degree of child care is different to the retention time and the complications of theindwelling needle.Methods:214 children with infusion were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.Patients inthe control group received routine nursing care,on this basis,patients in the experimental group were given comprehensive nursing.We compared the differences in the two aspects of indwelling time and complications of intravenous needles.Results:The numberof complications after pediatric indwelling needle of the observation group was more than that of the control group;the venousneedle retention time was longer than that of control group; the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Comprehensive and systematic nursing care can reduce the complications and prolong the retention time of indwelling needle inthe operation of venous indwelling needle in children.
