摘要
目的:探讨经单鼻蝶垂体微腺瘤切除术对垂体瘤的疗效,分析临床应用的价值和意义。方法:将16例垂体微腺瘤患者随机分成两组,对照组给予显微镜下经单鼻蝶垂体微腺瘤切除术,观察组给予神经内镜下经单鼻蝶垂体微腺瘤切除术,对比两组患者的术中相关指标、术中肿瘤切除情况、术后住院时间、术后激素恢复水平以及术后并发症情况。结果:两组患者手术均顺利完成,术后两组患者的激素水平、头痛等症状均有好转;观察组术中出血量、术后住院时间明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经单鼻蝶垂体微腺瘤切除术治疗垂体瘤疗效显著,能够有效缓解症状,恢复激素水平,降低术后并发症,减少术中出血量和缩短住院时间。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of single nasal sphenoid sinus pituitary micro adenoma resection forhypophysoma,to analyze the value and significance of clinical application.Methods:16 patients with pituitary microadenoma wererandomly divided into two groups.The control group was given single nasal sphenoid sinus pituitary micro adenoma resectionunder the microscope.The observation group was given single nasal sphenoid sinus pituitary micro adenoma resection under theneuroendoscopy.The intraoperative related indicators,intraoperative tumor resection,postoperative hospitalization time,postoperative hormone recovery level and postoperative complications of two groups were compared.Results:The operations ofpatients in two groups were successfully completed,the hormone levels,headache and other symptoms of patients in two groupswere improved.The intraoperatve blood soss,postoperative hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly betterthan those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of postoperative complication rate in the observation group wassignificantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The single nasal sphenoid sinus pituitary micro adenomaresection in the treatment of hypophysoma has a significant curative effect.It can effectively relieve symptoms,recover hormonelevel,reduce postoperative complications,reduce intraoperative blood loss,and shorten the hospitalization time.
