两种胰岛素方案治疗口服药失效的2型糖尿病患者的疗效比较 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨两种胰岛素方案治疗口服药物失效的2型糖尿病患者的效果。方法:收治口服药物治疗失效的2型糖尿病患者86例,随机分为甘精组和门冬30组,甘精组采用甘精胰岛素+格列美脲+二甲双胍治疗,门冬30组采用门冬胰岛素30+二甲双胍片治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组FBG、2hBG、HbA1c水平较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),甘精组的胰岛素用量和低血糖发生率明显低于门冬30组(P<0.05)。结论:对于口服药失效的2型糖尿病患者,启用基础胰岛素甘精胰岛素与预混人胰岛素类似物门冬胰岛素30均可以有效地降低患者血糖,甘精胰岛素的低血糖事件少。 Objective:To explore the therapeutic effects of two kinds of insulin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with failed oral drug therapy.Methods:86 patients with type 2 diabetes and failed oral drug therapy were selected.They were randomly divided into the insulin glargine group and the insulin aspart 30 group.The insulin glargine group was treated with insulin glargine,glimepiride and metformin.The insulin aspart 30 group was treated with insulin aspart 30 and metformin.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of FBG,2 hBG and HbA1c of the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).In the insulin glargine group,insulin dosage and incidence of hypoglycemia were significantly lower than the insulin aspart 30 group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with type 2 diabetes and failed oral drug therapy,the applicaiton of insulin,insulin glargine,premixed human insulin analogue insulin aspart 30 all can effectively reduce the patient's blood sugar,and the hypoglycemia events of insulin glargine were rare.
