摘要
目的:分析静脉留置针在儿科护理中的应用效果。方法:收治患儿200例,分成两组。对照组给予常规穿刺,试验组给予静脉留置针穿刺,比较两组效果及并发症发生情况。结果:试验组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组穿刺技术、输液情况、健康教育评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:儿科护理中应用静脉留置针,可消除穿刺恐惧感,减少穿刺频率,提高护理质量。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of intravenous detailed needle in pediatric nursing.Methods:200 cases of children were divided into two groups.The control group was given conventional puncture.The experiment group was given intravenous detailed needle puncture.The effect and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of complications in the experiment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The puncture technique,transfusion condition and health education scores in the experiment group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of intravenous detailed needle in pediatric nursing could eliminate the sense of fear,reduce the puncture frequency and improve the quality of nursing.
