道佐增压站压缩机减振效果分析

摘要 道佐增压站4台ZTY往复式压缩机于2008年3月建成投运,自投运以来由于机组强烈振动多次导致管线和机组附属设备连接部位松动,引起天然气泄漏,造成故障停机,严重影响了压缩机正常运行。本文通过对压缩机机组振动原因、危害及机组振动整改效果分析,并提出了有效减振措施建议,以保障压缩机安全平稳运行。 Booster Station in Daozuo put into operation in March 2008 which has 4 ZTY reciprocating compressors. It has caused gas leakage and downtime since its operation due to the strong vibration of pipelines and ancillary equipment units repeatedly lead to the loosening of the connecting part, ,seriously affect the normal operation of the compressors. Through the analysis of cause, harm and effect of unit vibration to compressors and put forward effective measures to reduce vibration, to ensure the safety and smooth operation of the compressors.
