摘要
由于现下高血压、冠心病等心血管疾病的发病率不断升高,慢性心力衰竭的患者也逐年增多。单纯应用西药治疗慢性心衰,虽有一定的疗效,但不能改善该病的高发病率与高病死率,而中医药对于治疗此病有着多靶点、低毒副作用等优势。故本文从病因病机、辨证分型、实验研究、临床研究四个方面对中医药治疗慢性心力衰竭近年来的研究进展进行概述,指出不足并对其进行了展望。
Now due to the continuous increasing incidence of hypertension, coronary heart disease and other cardiovascular diseases, patients with chronic heart failure are increasing year by year. Simple application of Western medicine has certain effect in the treatment of chronic heart failure, but it can not decrease the high incidence and high mortality of the disease while TCM treatment has advantages of multi-targets and low toxicity and side effect in treating chronic heart failure. This thesis makes a literature review of the recent research progress of TCM treatment in treating chronic heart failure from four perspectives: etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation, experimental study and clinical research, it also points out the defects and prospects.
