摘要 掘进机械化作业过程中会产生大量不可及时处理的粉尘,作业人员长期接触此类粉尘会引起尘肺、煤肺等职业病。防治粉尘,改善工作环境,预防职业病是矿区亟待解决的难题。鉴于传统的矿井除尘效率低、运行成本高、维护保养难等问题,本项目通过对湿式除尘理论分析、现代制造技术应用和面向工程化的集成创新,开发出一种综掘巷道掘进头湿式除尘系统。代替原有除尘装置,从控尘、捕尘、降尘等多手段进行除尘。通过在枣泉煤矿22辅运平巷的井下试验,得出总粉尘除尘效率≥93.3%,呼吸性粉尘除尘效率≥91.1%的结论。 Large amounts of dust which can not be processed timely in the process of mechanized tunneling.The workers who are exposed in this environment will be infected with some occupational disease, such as pneumoconiosis and coal pneumoconiosis. Dust's prevention and control, working environment's improvement and occupational diseases' precaution are the urgent problems to be solved in the mining area. Traditional mine dedusting methods have many disadvantages: low efficiency, high operating costs and maintenance difficulties. This project develops a wet dedusting system in the heading end of some comprehensive tunneling through the integrated innovation of theoretical analyses of the wet dusting theory, the use of modern manufacturing technology and the application of the oriented engineering. Conducting dust removal from dust control,collecting dust, dust fall and other means instead of the original dust removal devices, experimenting underground in Zaoquan coal mine 22 auxiliary transport roadway, it is concluded that the total dust removal efficiency is more than or equal to 93.3%, breathing dust removal efficiency is more than or equal to 91.1%.
