摘要
目的:探讨中医护理对高龄患者髋关节置换术后的积极影响。方法:分析本组82例患者在髋关节置换术后的中医护理的临床资料,将护理方法逐一总结。结果:本组82例患者经过中医护理干预治疗后均未出现严重并发症,术后患者功能恢复良好。结论:中医护理是中医护理学的重要组成部分,应在临床中积极应用,尤其对高龄患者髋关节置换术后护理有重要意义。
Objective: To investigate the positive effects of TCM nursing on elderly patients after hip arthroplasty. Methods: 82patients were given TCM nursing. The clinical data was analyzed; and nursing each method is summarized. Results: 82 patients showedno serious complications after intervention; functional recovery was good. Conclusion: TCM nursing is an important part, especially forelderly patients after hip arthroplasty, and should be actively applied in the clinic.
