摘要
目的：探寻针对存在部分上睑提肌功能减弱的就医者行重睑术的效果良好且持久的手术方法。方法：对2014年1月-2016年1月间就医的65例要求行重睑术的就医者，采用“睑板前轮匝肌-上睑提肌腱膜固定”行重睑术，伴内眦赘皮者同期行内眦赘皮矫正术。结果：所有受术者术后均无血肿、感染等并发症。术后随访3～6个月，5例失访，其余60例随访结果显示：重睑形态美观、双侧对称自然；行内眦赘皮去除术者，内眦显露自然，内眦部瘢痕不明显，睑裂加长，外形美观。结论：采用“睑板前轮匝肌-上睑提肌腱膜固定”行重睑术，效果持久，可同时有效矫正轻微上睑下垂，使双眼显得生动而富有灵气。
Objective To explore the method which have good and lasting surgical effects for patients with subdued levatorpalpebrae superioris. Methods From January 2014 to January 2016, we treated 65 cases with double eyelid plasty by fixingthe orbicularis before tarsus and levator palpebrae superioris. Some patients with epicanthus had epicanthoplasty duringthe same period. Results All patients’ epicanthus disappeared after the operation,the inner canthus had good shape,no anycomplication,such as hematoma,infection. 60 cases were followed up for 3-6 months after surgery, double eyelids werebeautiful, bilateral symmetry of natural form. Conclusion It has satisfactory effect to accept orbicularis before tarsus andlevator palpebrae superioris fixed in double eyelid plasty,the form of double eyelids is natural,and minimal scarring. At the sametime,it can effectively correct epicanthus.
