摘要
液压泵站的电机在直接启动时会产生较大的峰值电流,对系统产生较大冲击,降低系统的工作性能和寿命。提出一种电机辅助启动方案,利用泵马达作为马达工作驱动电机,避免产生冲击电流。基于Simulink分析了三相异步电机启动特性,运用AMESim软件仿真分析了蓄能器关键参数对辅助启动特性的影响,结果表明:蓄能器充气压力升高,辅助启动系统加速能力不变,达到的最高转速越低;蓄能器容积增加,辅助启动系统加速能力不变,达到的最高转速越高;蓄能器充液压力升高,辅助启动系统的加速能力越强,达到的最高转速越高。
Electric motor of a hydraulic power station will generate high peak current when it directly starts, this leads to a great impact on the system and will reduce work performance and life of the system. Proposes an assist -start program and uses a hydraulic pump motor to work as a hydraulic motor to drive the electric motor to avoid the impact of peak current. Analyzes the starting characteristics of the threephase asynchronous motor based on Simulink and analyzes the impact of key parameters of accumulator on the starting characteristics based on AMESim. The result indicates that the acceleration capacity of system remains unchanged and the maximum speed decreases with the increase of precharge pressure of accumulator; the acceleration capacity of system remains unchanged and the maximum speed increases with the increase of volume of accumulator; the acceleration capacity of system increases and the maximum speed increases with the increase of filling pressure of accumulator.
