“互联网+”视域下河北省钢铁物流业发展策略 被引量:8

Strategy of Steel Logistics Industry in Hebei Province from the Perspective of “Internet +”

摘要 钢铁作为大宗商品历来是物流业的主营业务,钢铁物流专业性要求高,物流量巨大,以远洋海运货轮和内陆公铁运输方式为主,能耗大,对回收物流要求高。但是,随着现阶段全球经济低迷以及中国经济增速放缓,市场需求骤减,钢铁产能过剩现象严重,钢铁物流业跌入低谷。面对如此严峻的态势,考虑到河北省钢铁物流业所面临的流通环节多、成本高、物流组织形式单一、资源共享度低等一系列问题,可借鉴"互联网+"思维,利用电商交易透明度高、流通环节少、便于资源整合及规模效益等特点,通过钢铁物流业的电商化发展,树立全产业链意识,延伸产业链长度,以"互联网+钢铁物流业"的深度融合重塑流通模式,建立钢铁物流作业联动机制,规避钢铁电商所面临的困境,为钢铁企业转型和钢铁物流业转型升级创造发展机遇。 Steel related business is the main business of logistics industry;and the steel logistics imposes higher requirement on logistics industry in terms of specialty;the related business amount is huge;maritime transport and inland rail and road transport is the main pattern of steel logistics;energy consumption brought by steel logistics is very high;and it impose higher requirement on returned logistics. In the context of weakening global economy and the slowing down China’s economic growth,the development of steel logistics is entering the declining period because of the decreasing market demand and the overcapacity in steel industry. Facing this situation,and with the consideration of problems with steel logistic in Hebei,such as the high cost,the single organization form,and the low level of resources sharing,we should learn from the thinking of“Internet +”,take advantage of characters of e-commerce,development steel logistics industry with the help of e-commerce,foster the idea of the whole industrial chain,extend the length of the industrial chain,transform the circulation pattern to be“Internet + steel logistics”,establish the interactive mechanism,and avoid dilemmas facing steel e-commerce to create more opportunities for the transformation of steel enterprises and the transformation and upgrade of steel logistics.
