摘要
国内高校管理类专业在创新人才培养上存在实践流于形式,学生创新、动手能力差,教学形式单一,考核方式单一等问题。应该从实践内容、教学方式方法、考核制度、教师队伍建设等方面加大实践创新培养力度,同时也应注意培养过程中学生的情绪、个人潜能及人格培养等问题。通过培养大学生的实践创新能力,为提高工商管理专业学生实践创新能力"添砖加瓦",让他们能在毕业后更好地适应社会,为社会创造更高价值。
There are a lot of problems in the course of cultivating practical and innovation ability,such as practice becomes a mere formality,students' innovation and ability is poor,the teaching form is single,the examination method is single and so on. We should pay more attentions to practical content,teaching methods,evaluation system,the construction of teaching staff and so on to cultivate practical and innovation ability,and at the same time pay attention to the emotional,personal potential and personality issues in the process of training. In order to improve the ability of practice and innovation for college students major in business administration,which can promote them to adapt to society after graduation better,to create greater value for the society.
