摘要
近年来,随着宁夏高耗能工业快速发展,煤炭、电力、冶金、化工等重点项目加快推进,一般工业固体废物环境污染日益突显。环保部门虽然在固体废物管理方面做了大量工作,也取得了一定的成绩,但一般工业固体废物的产出量和利用率不尽人意。文章通过对宁夏一般工业固体废物管理及处置设施现状进行分析,提出了一些值得思考和借鉴的管理和处置对策。
