摘要
文化是介于物质和非物质之间的东西。说它无形,是因为它是人类思想的集合,产生于物质却高于物质。说它有形,是因为它无处不得到体现,引领物质并存在于物质。所以,文化的深度构建,一定要从一般理念走向有形的课程生成、课堂构建和管理落实,成为学校工作的常态,真正触及学校的日常工作、主要工作、核心工作,在与师生亲密地、深入地接触中产生影响,形成师生的文化人格。
Culture is something between material and non-material. It is intangible for it is theconcentration of human thoughts, stemming from material but beyond it. Yet it is tangible for it existseverywhere, guiding material and included by material. Therefore, deep construction of culture must surelytransfer from general ideas to tangible curriculum generation, classroom structuring and administration, whichshould be the routine of school work and truly affect the daily, major, and core work of school, building thecultural personalities of teachers and students in the process of contacting between teachers and students.
