摘要
目的：探讨自体脂肪移植在协调鼻唇颏关系中的应用效果。方法：2015年3月-2016年3月，共52例面部轮廓欠佳的女性患者，采用肿胀麻醉技术在其下腹部、大腿内外侧抽吸皮下脂肪，并将吸出的脂肪颗粒，经清洗沉淀后，根据具体情况均匀适量地注射于存在凹陷的鼻唇沟、口角、颏部等区域，从而改善面下三分之一的外形轮廓。结果：术后随访3～12个月，本组52例在我院接受全脸或仅面下部自体脂肪移植的患者，39例患者取得满意效果，仅4例患者感觉效果欠佳，总体满意率为92%。结论：自体脂肪颗粒移植在协调鼻唇颏关系的应用中具有良好的效果，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of coordinating the relationship among nose, lip and chin by autologous adipose granule transplantation. Methods From March 2015 to March 2016,52 cases aged 21 to 55 years with poor facial contour were treated by autologous adipose granule transplantation.After purification,washing and decanting, fat granule harvested by liposuction from lower abdomen or thigh was injected into the recipient areas of nasolabial groove, lip, chin and the other areas of face according to the specific conditions.The purpose was to improve the condition of surface under 1/3 soft tissue. Results All cases were followed up for 3 to 12 months,39 cases gained satisfactory clinical results and 4 patients were unsatisfied with the results.The satisfactory rate was 95 % in total. Conclusion Autologous adipose granule transplantation might be an effective technique for coordinating the relationship among nose,lip and chin and it is worth clinical promotion.
