摘要
目的:观察调Q激光治疗不同类型色素增加性皮肤病的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取2014年1月-2015年12月笔者科室收治的126例色素增加性皮肤病患者,其中色素痣17例,雀斑42例,脂溢性角化病47例,文眉14例,文身6例,所有患者均自愿接受调Q激光治疗,比较所有患者治疗后的临床疗效及不良反应发生率并随访6个月,比较不同疾病患者色素复发的发生率。结果:色素痣的治疗有效率82.35%,不良反应发生率23.53%,色素复发率52.94%;雀斑分别为100.00%,7.14%和7.14%;脂溢性角化病分别为100.00%,6.38%和10.64%;文眉分别为92.86%,7.14%和0.00%;文身分别为100.00%,16.67%和0.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:调Q激光治疗不同类型色素增加性皮肤病的疗效及安全性较为可靠。
Objective To study the effect and safety of Q-switched laser in treatment of hyperpigmented skin diseases. Methods From January 2014 to December 2015, 126 patients were chosen as study objects:17 patients with pigmented moles, 42 patients with freckles, 47 patients seborrheic keratosis, 14 patients with tattooing eyebrow and 6 patients with tattoo. All patients were treated with Q-switched laser. The effect rate, rate of side reactions and pigment recurrence were compared among different patients. Results Pigmented moles: effect rate was 82.35%, rate of side reactions was 23.53% and rate of pigment recurrence was 52.94%; these of freckles were respectively 100.00%,7.14%and 7.14%; these of seborrheic keratosis were respectively 100.00%,6.38% and 10.64%;these of tattooing eyebrow were respectively 92.86%,7.14% and 0.00%, and these of tattoo were respectively 100.00%,16.67% and 0.00%, the difference had statistical significance(P <0.05). Conclusion The effect and safety of Q-switched laser in the treatment of hyperpigmented skin diseases are reliable.
