摘要
目的:探讨PFNA不同螺旋刀片安置位置对治疗股骨转子间骨折的疗效影响。方法:收治股骨转子间骨折患者60例,均采用PFNA治疗,随机分为A组和B组,采用不同螺旋刀片安置位置,比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组手术时间、切开长度、术中出血量、术后下地行走时间、骨折愈合时间、并发症发生率和优良率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:PFNA不同螺旋刀片安置位置对治疗股骨转子间骨折的疗效无明显影响。
Objective:To explore the efficacy of PFNA with different placement positions of helical blades in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture.Methods:60 patients with intertrochanteric fracture were selected.They were treated with PFNA,and they were randomly divided into the A group and the B group.Two groups had different placement positions of helical blades.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:There were no significant differences in the operation time,incision length,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative walking time,fracture healing time,incidence of complications and excellent rate between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:It had no significant effect on the curative effect of PFNA with different placement positions of helical blades in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture.
