摘要
采用盆栽方法研究了GR4、SC124、SC205等8个木薯品种苗期的农艺性状。结果表明:相同生长环境下,GR4、SC205生根发芽快;SC124、SC205芽生长速率快,生物积累量大;SC205、SC124生根数多但生物积累量小;GR911生根发芽稍慢,但根芽生长速率较快,根芽生物量积累较大,根冠比稳定,综合表现最佳。方差分析表明,各农艺性状间只有萌芽数和萌根数在品种间存在显著性差异;嫩芽长、芽干重、总根长、根干重及根冠比虽存在较大差异,但差异未达到统计学上的显著性水平。
The agronomic characters of GR4, SC124 and SC205 and other 8 cassava varieties, were studied by pot culture method. Theresults showed that: under the same growth environment, SC205 and GR4 took root and sprouted quickly; the bud growth rate of SC124and SC205 was fast and large biomass accumulation; SC205 and SC124 had large rooting number but the biomass accumulation wassmall; GR911 took root and sprouted a little slowly, but the growth rate of radical bud was fast, root biomass accumulation was larger thanothers, root cap stable, the best comprehensive performance. The variance analysis showed that there were significant differences amongthe cultivars in bud number and sprouting number; although there is a big difference in shoot length, shoot dry weight, total root length,root dry weight and root shoot ratio, the difference did not reach significant level in statistics.
