摘要
沉管隧道主要结构形式是钢筋混凝土结构和钢壳结构。三明治钢混组合的沉管结构,其应用领域、施工工艺较特殊,工程案例很少,仅在日本有应用案例。在港珠澳大桥方案比选阶段对日本沉管隧道三明治工法进行了研究与考察,翻阅了有关技术资料;在港珠澳大桥岛隧工程实施阶段,出于降低风险、控制工期等方面因素,对可能需要实施的局部三明治结构(最终接头)也作了可施工程度的分析。基于调研与实践,文中对三明治沉管的起源、应用性、功能、结构验算、施工工艺等方面进行了综合论述,希望能够提升读者对该结构的整体认识。
The main structural types of immersed tunnel are reinforced-concrete and steel shell. The sandwich steel-concrete composite immersed tunnel has particular applicability and some special construction techniques. The project cases are rare,and the successful work only exists in Japan. We had studied the construction of this type for the scheme comparisons in the early stage of Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge project, looked through the relevant technical data. In the implementation phase of the Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge island & tunnel project, we also carried the construction level analysis on the local sandwich structure (final joints) which may need to implement, for purpose of lowering risk and controlling the time schedule. Based on the study and work experience, we provided a comprehensive discussion on the origin, applicability,functionality, structural capacity and construction technique of the sandwich immersed tunnel. The aim is to increase the overall understanding of the reader for the sandwich immersed tunnel.
